How do I download the Software? 
In order to download the CEWE PHOTO BOOK software, click on the red "Free Software Download" button. You will have the choice of two download options: either you can save the software onto your hard drive and then install the software manually in a separate step or you can opt to simply have the installation take place automatically once the download has been completed.
a) Save software and opt for a manual installation process
Save the software on your desktop. Start the installation process by double clicking on "downloaded file". Follow the CEWE PHOTO BOOK Setup Assistant's instructions. Once the installation has successfully been completed you can start compiling your CEWE PHOTO BOOK.
b) Save software and opt for an automatic installation.
Click on "Open" , in order to start the download process. The CEWE PHOTO BOOK Setup Assistant will open automatically. Follow the directions. Once the installation has been successfully completed you can begin compiling your CEWE PHOTO BOOK.
What are the system requirements?
The CEWE PHOTO BOOK software runs on the following operating systems:
Classic Version:
Operating systems: Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
PC with 1 GHz-Processor, min. 256 MB RAM, CD-ROM drive.
Aero Version:
Operating systems: Windows Vista, Windows XP* with .NET Framework 3.0.
PC with 2 GHz-Processor, min. 1 GB RAM, CD-ROM drive.
*) Please Note: To run the Aero Version on a Windows XP computer you need to install .NET framework 3.0 first.

How do I create and open a CEWE PHOTO BOOK?
Create a CEWE PHOTO BOOK
To start creating your CEWE PHOTO BOOK click on the "My CEWE PHOTO BOOK" icon on your desktop. The first page of the software shows the 4 Photo Book sizes. Once you have made your selection you will proceed to the Photo Book Assistant on the next page. You can use the Photo Book Assistant to help you take the first steps, e.g. selecting a cover colour, selecting a title image, backgrounds, layouts and images. If you wish to proceed without the Photo Book Assistant, click on the button "No". You're ready to start ...
Open an existing CEWE PHOTO BOOK
The function "Open" / "Open existing photo book" is also found on the first page of the software and can be used by those who have already started to create a CEWE PHOTO BOOK and who wish to proceed with their compilation. You can save any alterations made during a Photo Book session onto your hard drive! Ideal for editing Photo Books, e.g. adding text or inserting more images.
